Job summary

JLL in Gurgaon is seeking a Cost Manager (Civil) to support team leaders in delivery of real estate led developments, manage cost plans, and ensure service excellence for clients. You will interpret briefs, lead small to medium projects, and apply JLL best practice tools and processes.

Candidates should have about 5 years in cost management, BE/B.Tech Civil, MRICS preferred, and experience on American projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Approx. 5 years of experience in cost management.
• Proven track record in cost management for real estate projects.
• Experience on American projects would be desirable.
• BE / B.Tech in Civil engineering or equivalent.
