Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong consulting expertise in corporate strategy engagements, with the ability to structure analyses and deliver actionable recommendations. Hands-on experience in M&A advisory, including transaction support, valuation inputs, and strategic assessment. Proficient in operational due diligence to evaluate target company performance, risks, and synergy opportunities. Skilled in integrations and separations planning, with exposure to end-to-end deal execution and transition support. Competent in program management and financial analysis to track workstreams, assess business cases, and support decision-making.
