• Drive end to end procurement lifecycle in a corporate environment covering requisition validation purchase order creation and order tracking to ensure timely material and service availability for business stakeholders.
• Manage supply chain procurement activities in the procure to pay cycle by aligning demand planning sourcing execution and invoice resolution to support accurate financial posting and continuous operational flow.
• Coordinate project procurement management activities by translating project plans into procurement actions such as bid requests purchase commitments and delivery schedules to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Execute operational procurement tasks including handling daily purchase requests performing commercial checks and ensuring contract compliance to support smooth day to day business operations.
