Cehpoint offers an internship to gain hands-on exposure in technology law, cybersecurity regulations, and corporate compliance. You will draft and review MSAs, NDAs, and vendor contracts, while assisting with DPDP Act 2023 compliance and AI regulation research.

You will build a practical toolkit through rigorous contract drafting, meticulous data handling, and maintaining structured compliance repositories, with a view to a PPO opportunity and official internship certificate upon successful

• Solid grounding in Indian Contract Act, Information Technology Act 2000, and DPDP Act 2023.
• Familiarity with standard technology contract structures and liability clauses.

5-Day Legal Milestone: Review and summarize key compliance requirements for a sample enterprise SaaS contract (strictly 5 working days). Triggers official offer letter issuance.

Compensation, Total Rewards & Advancement
