State Street in Pune, India seeks a Senior Associate for the Investable Cash team to ensure timely cash deliveries, sweeps, and payments with strong oversight of cash availability and reconciliation. You will interact with clients and internal teams to maintain accuracy and meet KPIs.

You will forecast cash movements, manage sweep accounts, and process wire transfers while maintaining regulatory compliance and detailed reporting. This role offers growth in a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Commerce
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Senior Associate at State Street
• Knowledge of MCH and IMT systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client service team or directly to client to ensure seamless cash delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Cash Availability Forecasting: Analyze and predict cash inflows and outflows to ensure accurate forecasting and liquidity management.
• Sweep Accounts Management: Manage sweep accounts to optimize cash concentration, minimize idle balances, and maximize investment opportunities.
• Wire Transfer Processing: Receive, verify, and process incoming and outgoing wire transfers, ensuring timely settlement.
• Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile cash positions across multiple accounts and systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor overdrafts to minimize fees, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process and verify cash Deliveries, DDA recon, Day to day overdraft monitoring, money movements, Wire transfers including incoming and outgoing domestic and international payments

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate in Investable Cash Team responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of Cash deliveries, Sweep, Payments etc. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our highly standards of operational excellence and client satisfactions. Investable Cash team plays a critical role in optimizing cash management for our clients. The primary objective is to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Investable Cash Team is a part of Global Delivery which has Cash Availability and Sweep function is supported in India, Pune office for US region.

The team you will be joining is a part of Global Delivery, Investable Cash. Cash Availability, Forecasting and Sweep Team is responsible to keep track on client deliverables which is precisely based on timeline to meet KPI. The primary objective is to ensure the client deliverables meet timeliness and accuracy. Be a part of this team which will give you an exposure to understand how State Street tracks and monitors overdrafts for their clients and provides real time information.
