Job summary

Alstom Transportation in Bengaluru seeks a full-time Controlling SAP Specialist. You’ll leverage SAP ERP expertise to develop Alstom's ERP core model and support data mapping, migration, and non-ERP solutions across the business.

You will focus on cost center accounting, overhead orders, projects, activity-based costing, and product cost accounting, collaborating with regional process experts and business process owners to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP-ERP solutions.
• Deep functional knowledge in SAP ECC6 Controlling and PS modules.
• Integration knowledge of SD and MM modules.
• Technical proficiency (IDOC, LSMW, ABAP debugging, queries; Fiori, Hana, PI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage cost center accounting, overhead orders and projects.
• Oversee activity-based costing and product cost accounting.
• Support project system management and data mapping/migration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ERP implementation methodologies.

Could you be the full-time Controlling SAP Specialist in Bangalore we're looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive SAP-ERP solutions expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, supportive, and collaborative teammates.

You'll contribute to the development of Alstom's ERP core model, including IT satellite non-ERP solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (key users, regional process experts, business process owners), assess and define scope, support data mapping and migration, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of cost center accounting, overhead orders and projects, activity-based costing, product cost accounting, and project system management, but also engage in continuous improvement of our implementation methodology.
