Kiya.ai in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate FSO Global Beacon CoE Services role to support Finance & Strategy operations, accounting controls, risk management, and the permanent control framework.

You will handle Beacon publication, control setup, risk identification, owner sign-offs, reporting, and monitoring of first- and second-level controls, contributing to the permanent control environment.

Formación

Job Title: Control Analyst - Audit

Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate FSO Global Beacon CoE Services to support Finance & Strategy operations, accounting controls, operational risk management, and the permanent control framework.

The role will be responsible for Beacon publication, accounting control setup, risk identification, control certification, account owner sign-offs, reporting, and monitoring of first- and second-level accounting controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Beacon publication for Generic Controls and Balance-Based Controls.
• Maintain static data for new accounts, role changes, department changes, new controls, and other updates.
• Identify risks and set up ACP (Accounting Control Plan) controls and GCPs (Generic Control Processes) in Beacon.
• Drive account owner sign-off and first-level accounting control certification through the Beacon tool.
• For non-Beacon entities, maintain the Accounting Control Repository Database with updated account, control, and ownership information.
• Generate and release account owner sign-off and first-level control certification packages.
• Monitor account and first-level control sign-offs and escalat issues or exceptions.
• Contribute to second-level accounting control activities for BNP Paribas entities.
• Support the Finance management team with KPIs, risk monitoring, and control environment reporting.
• Support implementation of operational risk monitoring guidelines issued by Finance, Compliance, Risk, and other second-line functions.
• Monitor deployment of Finance permanent operational control activities.
• Participate in Finance projects related to accounting controls.
• Contribute to the overall operational permanent control framework.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

Required Skills

• 23 years of professional experience, preferably in reporting, accounting controls, audit, risk, compliance, or finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Working knowledge of MS Access will be an added advantage.
• Ability to analyze unstructured and varied data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand, explain, support, and implement process changes.
• Ability to develop and adapt processes based on business requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with audit processes.
• Experience in referential/master data management.
• Knowledge of accounting controls and permanent control frameworks.
• Knowledge of operational risk management.
• Exposure to Finance reporting and control activities.
• Knowledge of BNP Paribas organization and business lines will be an advantage.
• Background in Mathematics, Finance, Financial Studies, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
