AECOM India Private Limited is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Manager for on-site work in Gujarat to oversee project contracts and procurement activities for transmission line and substation projects. You will protect commercial interests, manage variations, claims, EOTs, and RA bills while ensuring compliance with contract terms.
The role requires 10+ years in contract administration on major infrastructure or power projects, with experience in EPC, turnkey, or FIDIC contracts.

Job Purpose
Administer project contracts and monitor procurement activities to protect the Client's contractual and commercial interests, including variations, claims, extension of time, RA bills, BOQ control and contractor compliance.

Minimum Qualification and Experience
The position will be site-based at Khavda or Surat and may require travel between project locations, contractor offices, manufacturing facilities and client offices.
The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary AECOM Energy team supporting the safe and successful delivery of major HVDC and transmission infrastructure projects.
To support this commitment, all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
