Job summary

Veradigm® is seeking a data-focused professional to execute daily reports, set up payers/clients for initial processing in a dedicated UI, and maintain client-specific keys and certificates.

Responsibilities include liaison with analysts and clients, writing SQL queries and stored procedures for analysis, and producing documentation as needed, with standard office/remotely blended work arrangements.

Qualifications

• SQL Server experience with queries and stored procedures.
• Microsoft Excel pivot tables and charts.
• QA/testing background.
• Daily operations experience: user setup, running reports.

Essential Functions/Major Job Responsibilities

• Acts as Liaison with Business Analysts and/or internal/external clients to ensure needs are understood
• Writing SQL queries and executing stored procedures for data analysis and research
• Executes existing reports according to a monthly calendar and delivers them to internal users
• Maintains configurations for new and existing customers
• Produces supporting documentation for internal and external customers as needed
• Achieves productivity targets to ensure deliverables are met on schedule and defined quality standards

Job Requirements

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a bachelor's degree or relevant technical experiences

Experience

• 6 month - 1 year experience
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server running SQL queries and stored procedures
• Solid and demonstrated desktop Microsoft skills Required
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to management
• Organizational and excellent communication skills

Working Arrangements

• Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements
• Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely
• May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays
• On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs
• Night Shift
