Job summary

Quest Global in Belagavi, Karnataka seeks experienced engineers for static equipment design and reliability in oil and gas, petrochemical and related sectors. You will work on pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and piping systems, ensuring compliance with API, ASME, TEMA, ISO and ASTM standards.

Experience with PV Elite, Compress, HTRI, Aspen, AutoCAD, ANSYS and Nozzle Pro is highly valued as you coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable plant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Process industries focusing on static equipment design and reliability.
• Proficient in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns and piping per API/ASME/TEMA/ISO/ASTM.
• Exposure to brownfield modifications, MoC, technical bid evaluation, vendor engineering and EPC execution.
• Background in failure analysis, risk-based engineering, maintenance strategies and condition monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integrity activities for static equipment in oil and gas and related industries.
• Assess mechanical reliability and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Coordinate with process, piping, structural and operations teams for safe plant operation.
• Support vendor engineering, bid evaluations and EPC project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Process industries specializing in static equipment design, mechanical integrity, and equipment reliability.
