Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, RTF, and Excel template design.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (HCM, ERP, SCM, Procurement).
• Familiarity with Fusion security, roles, and data access controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

• Work with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and customize OTBI reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Build BI Publisher (BIP) reports, including data models, XML, RTF/Excel templates
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and modeling
• Design effective data models and work with Fusion subject areas and module-specific datasets (HCM, ERP, SCM, Procurement, etc.)
• Ensure reports follow Fusion security and role-based access
• Troubleshoot report issues and optimize report performance
