Gainwell Technologies in India is seeking an experienced Contract Management Lead to oversee the development, negotiation, interpretation, and administration of complex commercial, healthcare, technology, vendor, and government-related contracts for a U.S.-based healthcare technology and services organization.

The role requires 18+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with JD or MBA preferred, and strong English communication to liaise with U.S.-based executives.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in contracts management, legal operations, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of US contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with US-based executives and legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, amendments, change orders, NDAs, teaming agreements, and software/SaaS technology agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and business partners.
• Analyze contractual risks and provide management with risk-mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based contract managers, attorneys, and business leaders to resolve issues.
• Track key contractual obligations, deliverables, renewals, and expiration dates.
