Role & Responsibilities

Satyam Infra Realty is expanding and seeks a Contract Head for its real estate portfolio.

  • Contract lifecycle management: From pre‑construction, through execution, to post‑completion, a contracts manager handles the entire life cycle of all project agreements.
  • Tendering and negotiation: Prepare bid documents, present them to clients, and negotiate terms with contractors and third parties.
  • Risk and compliance: Assess risks, ensure projects comply with legal and regulatory standards, and implement safety protocols.
  • Budget and schedule management: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring all activities stay on track financially and chronologically.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Serve as the primary contact for all parties, including clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Change management: Manage and document any changes to the original contract, which may include preparing change orders and handling potential claims.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, from initial contract drafts to final project completion reports.
