Job summary

Sankalp is the CSR initiative of Sathguru Management Consultants, based in Hyderabad, inviting graduates/postgraduates to contribute to life skills and child safety sessions in schools. The role is contract-based for 3–4 months with a stipend of ₹20,000 and hands-on exposure to CSR programme implementation.

You will plan and execute sessions, assist with material development, documentation, and outreach, while engaging with children and coordinating with schools and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Graduates / Postgraduates in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Development Studies or related fields.
• Strong interest in social impact and child development.
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Comfortable working in school environments.
• Basic MS Office and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver life skills and child safety sessions in schools.
• Assist programme coordination, documentation, and outreach activities.
• Prepare training materials and activity kits.
• Document, report, and track programme impact.
• Create social media content related to programmes.

Role Overview :

This role will be responsible for planning, execution of life skills, child safety sessions in schools, assist in programme coordination, documentation, and outreach activities.

This role offers hands‑on exposure to CSR programme implementation and direct engagement with children in school environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducting life skills and child safety sessions in schools
• Support preparation of training materials and activity kits
• Engage children through interactive activities and discussions
• Documentation, reporting, and impact tracking
• Social media updates and content creation related to programmes
• Coordinate with schools and internal teams for smooth programme execution

Eligibility Criteria :

• Graduates / Postgraduates (Social Work, Psychology, Education, Development Studies, or related fields)
• Strong interest in social impact and child development
• Good communication skills in English & Telugu
• Comfortable working in school environments
• Basic MS Office and documentation skill

Preferred Skills :

• Prior experience in conducting Life skills and Child safety sessions
