Job summary

Zoho is seeking a QA Automation Engineer for its Bangalore North team in India. You will contribute to automated test suites, ensure quality across functional, regression, performance, and security areas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on automation with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, mandatory mobile testing experience, and familiarity with API testing tools. You will work within an Agile environment and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, security, exploratory).
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience in mobile testing is mandatory.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of version control (Git).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and shift-left testing.
• Familiarity with defect/test management tools (Jira, Xray, Zephyr, qTest).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
