• Write LinkedIn posts for the company and leadership
• Draft blogs on Salesforce topics, cloud solutions, and industry insights
• Create case studies, customer stories, and success narratives
• Prepare content for PPTs, brochures, pitch decks, and GTM collateral
• Research industry trends across Financial Services, Healthcare, Education, and Manufacturing
• Convert raw notes, transcripts, and discussions into structured content
• Support email copywriting for campaigns and sequences
• Write scripts for short videos and event recaps
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice
• Work with designers to turn content into visual assets

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with clear, simple communication
• Good research ability; can read complex topics and simplify them
