Job summary

Wildnet Technologies is seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead the content team and drive end-to-end content operations for multiple digital marketing projects.

You will develop content strategies for SEO, websites, blogs, social media, and landing pages, manage a 6–8 person team, and ensure timely delivery with high quality and adherence to SEO best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Content Management, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 6–8 content writers/strategists.
• Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency handling multiple client projects.
• Strong understanding of SEO content writing and content marketing.
• Excellent editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Experience with content management and project management tools.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation and AI/SEO tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Content Manager to lead our content team and manage end-to-end content operations for multiple digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content strategy, team management, project management, client coordination, and delivering high-quality content aligned with SEO and digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6–8 content writers/strategists, including task allocation, performance monitoring, mentoring, and quality control.
• Develop and execute content strategies for SEO, websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Create content calendars, project plans, workflows, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Design, Development, and Business Development teams to align content with overall digital marketing strategies.
• Review and edit content for grammar, readability, tone, accuracy, originality, and SEO best practices.
• Conduct content audits and identify opportunities for content improvement and optimization.
• Ensure content follows SEO, E-E-A-T, search intent, keyword mapping, and on-page optimization principles.
• Manage client requirements, feedback, revisions, and content approvals.
• Track project progress, team productivity, deadlines, and deliverables using project management/CRM tools.
• Develop SOPs and improve content processes to increase team efficiency and output quality.
• Monitor content performance using relevant analytics and SEO tools and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI content trends, SEO developments, and digital marketing best practices.
• Support proposals, pitches, content strategies, and other business development/presales requirements when needed.

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Content Management, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing.
• Prior experience managing a team of 6–8 content professionals.
• Strong experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency and handling multiple client projects.
• Excellent understanding of SEO content writing and content marketing.
• Strong project management and task prioritization skills.
• Excellent editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Experience with content management and project management tools.
• Ability to manage deadlines, client expectations, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of AI-assisted content creation and AI/SEO tools.

Preferred

• Experience in managing large-scale content projects and content teams.
• Knowledge of tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Grammarly, ChatGPT, and project management platforms.
• Experience contributing to client pitches, proposals, and content-led digital marketing strategies.
