Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Content Development Consultant to support our Revenue Enablement Learning & Development initiatives. This role will focus on the design, development, and maintenance of learning resources in support of the Revenue organization.
Work Hours
Flexible shifts to support global operations (including US time zones).
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Maintenance
- Design, develop, and maintain learning resources that support onboarding, continuous learning, and knowledge.
- Create and update training materials including job aids, guides, workbooks, infographics, videos, eLearnings, FAQs, and presentations.
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to ensure clarity, engagement, and effective knowledge transfer.
- Maintain version control and documentation standards across learning assets.
System Support
- Assist with learning management system (LMS) tasks such as learning assignments and completion reporting.
- Support content capture and organization through audits, taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and version control within learning and enablement systems (e.g., Highspot, Oracle, SharePoint).
Collaboration & Standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure all deliverables align with TriNet’s style guide, branding standards, and documentation protocols.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - required
- Certifications such as ATD or DDI are a plus but not required
Experience Qualifications
- Typically, 2-3; years’ experience in enablement, learning & development, and/or asset management roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience in utilizing the following technology tools preferred:
- Project Management: Monday.com
- Content Development: Articulate RISE, Camtasia, Adobe Suite
- Content Management: Highspot, SharePoint
- Learning Systems: Oracle LMS
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Salesforce
Skills and Competencies
- Proven expertise in content creation and instructional design, ideally with experience in Sales or Revenue-focused environments.
- Familiarity with instructional design models such as ADDIE.
- Strong writing, editing, formatting, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI in the development of resources.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging existing materials and organizational knowledge to create new, aligned content that complements current resources.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams to deliver learning assets efficiently, including managing feedback cycles and iterative revisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Able to apply basic instructional design principles to structure content effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and maintaining documentation standards.
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.
