Confluencr is seeking a confident Content Creator- Trainee to represent our brand through engaging video content in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on camera, delivering informative and entertaining videos, and connecting with audiences across social platforms.

You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams, develop scripts, follow trends, and participate in shoots to build a strong on-camera presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, anchoring, hosting, acting, influencing, or presenting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
• Comfortable speaking confidently in front of a camera.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Appear on camera to create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Present products, services, educational topics, and brand messages in a clear and engaging manner.
