As a Content Creator / Host at Haris&Co, you will be the on-screen face for agency and client content, confidently presenting videos while managing creators, presenters, and actors for campaigns. You’ll plan and create engaging content for marketing initiatives, including trend videos, case studies, and team showcases. This role involves end-to-end hosting, talent management, content creation, and production coordination to ensure smooth execution and alignment with brand objectives. You’ll collaborate with content, production, and marketing teams to elevate the agency’s and clients’ digital presence.

Requirements

• Strong on-screen presence with confidence in hosting and presenting.
• Understanding of social media video formats and trends.
• Ability to manage talent, including creators, presenters, and actors.
• Skills in content planning, script review, and creative input.
• Organized and detail-oriented for coordinating shoots, locations, and props.
• Comfortable with voice-overs, acting, and on-camera content creation.
• Experience in social media, content creation, or production coordination is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, design, and strategy teams.
