Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Bengaluru (Hybrid) is seeking a Contact PLM Functional Consultant to lead requirements gathering sessions, configure CONTACT PLM modules, and document functional specifications for cross‑functional teams.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain users, validating PLM functionalities and driving successful deployments with training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of PLM processes, including PDM, BOM management, and change control.
• Experience configuring CONTACT PLM modules.
• Ability to gather user requirements and create detailed functional docs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in system testing, UAT, training, and support.
• Familiarity with PLM integrations (ERP/CRM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Configure and customize CONTACT PLM modules to align with business processes.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, define workflows, and document functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams for system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of CONTACT PLM functionalities.
• Deliver training and support to end-users on CONTACT PLM features and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations for CONTACT PLM deployment.
• Assist in the rollout of CONTACT PLM modules and ensure user adoption.
• Manage project timelines, communicate progress, and escalate issues as needed.
