Your key responsibilities

• In‑depth understanding of transaction tax laws, including domestic and international regulations, to support client engagements effectively. Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis on tax‑related implications for inbound and outbound transactions and corporate reorganisations. Competent in preparing high‑quality deliverables, such as reports and presentations, that clearly communicate tax analyses and recommendations. Experience in performing direct tax diligence, ensuring compliance and thorough scrutiny of past tax records and issues. Proficiency in utilising tax practice processes and tools to enhance efficiency and maintain up‑to‑date records of working papers and internal documents.
