Job summary

YASH Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking SAP Basis HANA professionals to support RISE migrations, hypercare, governance, and cloud/Hybrid operations across On-Prem and Rise environments. You will work with SAP ECS, manage provisioning, upgrades, and lifecycle tasks.

The role emphasizes security governance, SoD, SSO integration, incident resolution, and performance tuning, with automation and cost optimization opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Migrate and validate RISE environments across DEV/QA/PRD with proper validation.
• Provide hypercare and steady-state support post go-live and monitor system health.
• Define and implement RISE governance, roles, responsibilities, SLAs, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate system provisioning, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management within RISE boundaries.
• Ensure security governance, SoD, SSO/integration and cloud security configurations.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost optimization in the RISE landscape.

We are looking forward to hire SAP Basis HANA Professionals in the following areas :

• RISE Migration Execution Support migration from On-Prem to RISE (Private Cloud) using DMO / lift-and-shift approaches. Work with SAP and partners to execute system conversions, landscape transitions, and validation activities across DEV/QA/PRD.
• Post Go-Live Support (Hypercare & Steady State) Provide hyper care support post go-live, ensuring system stability, incident resolution, and performance optimization along with the collaboration of SAP ECS. Manage incident, problem, and change requests in a 24x7 SLA-driven RISE environment. Monitor business-critical transactions and system health to ensure high availability.
• RISE Governance & Operating Model Define and implement RISE governance framework, including roles & responsibility alignment between customer and SAP ECS. Drive service request management, operational reviews, and capacity planning for RISE environments. Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI metrics, outage escalation processes, and performance reporting.
• SAP ECS Collaboration & Cloud Operations Act as an interface with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) for infrastructure and platform-related activities. Coordinate system provisioning, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management within RISE boundaries. Manage hybrid landscape (On-Prem + RISE) operations, ensuring seamless integration and support model alignment.
• Security & Compliance Governance Oversee user administration, roles, and authorization governance within the RISE model. Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and segregation of duties (SoD). Support SSO, identity integration, and cloud security configurations.
• Continuous Improvement & Optimization Drive performance tuning, capacity optimization, and cost governance for RISE environment. Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and BTP integration within RISE landscape. Contribute to operating model maturity and continuous service improvement.
