Job description

• Manage the entire renewal sales process from identifying upcoming renewals to closing the deal.
• Maintain accurate records of all renewal opportunities and client interactions in HubSpot.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and ensure satisfaction with the company's products and services.
• Conduct regular follow up and check-ins with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and address any issues.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve renewal sales targets.
• Responsible for managing the renewal sales cycle for existing clients.
