A leading professional services firm in India is seeking a Project Manager to assist in managing large construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Property or Construction, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in project management and communication. Assist our team in fulfilling their contracted Project Management obligations on large construction projects across the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion and occupation; support, and report on, the change management process on selected projects, and put in place effective protocols to support successful delivery; have detailed knowledge and experience of project management processes, including a clear understanding of the key deliverables for a Project Team, as defined under RIBA stages 0 to 7; assist the Project Director or Associate in developing, monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics by applying tools and procedures that contribute to successful project delivery; make effective contribution to Project Management processes, irrespective of the scale and complexity of a project; operate independently by planning and prioritising their own work, ensuring that our scope of service obligations are met; support, or champion, excellent health and safety practices on Project Management commissions to achieve safe, sustainable and efficient outcomes that meet agreed objectives; proactively identify and highlight any threats to progress and scope of service obligations; prepare monthly reports, meeting minutes, and other management documentation to support successful delivery of our commissions; work with the WSP values to ensure that work complies with all necessary corporate, departmental and legislative requirements and procedures, guaranteeing consistency and quality of delivery.
