The Consultant – People Analytics is part of People Operations and reports to the Senior Manager – People Analytics. The role delivers accurate, timely, and meaningful workforce reporting, analysis, and insights for the People Organization and business stakeholders.
Working within agreed priorities, standards, and processes, and taking direction from the Senior Manager – People Analytics and aligned People Organization stakeholders, the Consultant translates business questions into reporting and analytical outputs, investigates data, and communicates findings clearly. The role is responsible for standard reporting and related support and builds a strong foundation in People data. Additional projects and tasks are assigned based on business needs.
