Job summary

Growth For Impact in India is seeking an ERM modeller support role to contribute to numerical groundwater flow and contaminant transport model development and calibration.

You will assist in site characterization, remediation projects, and technical report preparation while liaising with a worldwide project team and supporting junior colleagues. The role relies on strong hydrogeology, hydrochemistry knowledge, and the ability to work remotely within international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using PEST for model calibration.
• Excellent hydrogeological expertise.
• Knowledge of hydrochemistry, including contaminant degradation mechanisms in the aqueous phase.
• Competence in geostatistics.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in international and multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility and ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
