Job summary

Genpact is seeking an SAP FICO specialist to collaborate with stakeholders and design SAP solutions that meet business needs. The role involves configuring FICO modules, supporting existing systems, and guiding upgrades and integrations.

You will train end-users, perform testing and troubleshooting, and contribute to ERP modernization initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in India, with day shifts and a focus on delivering measurable finance process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP components.
• Experience in SAP upgrades, migrations, and ABAP development is a plus.
• Ability to train end-users on SAP functionality and best practices.
