Job summary

Beghou Consulting is seeking a Consultant for Data Warehousing to design and implement effective data architectures and reporting solutions. You will translate business needs into technical designs, optimize ETL and databases, and guide project teams in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

This role requires strong data management knowledge, experience with Tableau/Power BI, and the ability to collaborate with US clients across time zones.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with strong academic performance.
• 5–8 years of relevant consulting-industry experience in data warehousing or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of data management, data modeling and data analytics.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL integration.

We'll trust you to

• Translate business requirements into technical terms and leads project teams in the design and development of data warehouse and reporting solutions that solve business problems
• Evaluate and assist in optimizing ETL processes and database performance to enhance overall system efficiency
• Works with project leadership to define project scope and development approach for each project, including conducting issue analysis and hypothesis development.
• Synthesizes findings, develops recommendations, and communicates results to clients and internal teams.
• Distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and scopes while ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders
• Assumes project management responsibilities for DW implementation on each project with minimal supervision, including managing onshore/client communication, leading meetings, drafting agendas, managing timelines and serving as a key client contact for project discussions.
• Monitors progress, manages risk and ensures key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Assists in supporting management, including promoting employee engagement, recruiting, training, and providing ongoing education, employee mentorship and coaching, contributes to internal initiatives as needed
• Work with leadership on any business unit related initiatives such as process improvement or innovation initiatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

You'll need to have:

• Engineering/Master’s Degree from a Tier-I/Tier-II institution/university in Computer Science or relevant concentration, with evidence of strong academic performance.
• 5-8 years of relevant consulting-industry experience
• Deep understanding of data management best practices, data modeling and data analytics
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau and PowerBI, including their integration with ETL outputs
• Strong understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical datasets and their applications
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products & data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
• Strong project management and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills
• Ability to thrive in an international matrix environment and willingness to support US clients during US working hours with 3-4 hours of overlap.
• Awareness of latest technologies related (but not limited to) to cloud platform services, visualization, data management
