The CMC Program Manager will oversee CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) timelines and workstreams across projects within the Technical Development (TD) Functional Excellence framework. This role is pivotal for extracting information critical for resourcing, strategic decisions, and the annual Business Plan. The incumbent ensures that CMC timelines are consistent and integrated, and that resource/vendor allocation is clearly understood to meet budgetary targets. Acting as the operational data "engine" that informs broader TD Functional Excellence scorecards and platforms, this role interfaces between TPLs, the Project Management (PM) group, and TD Functional Leaders. The incumbent leverages project management expertise and TD knowledge to drive accountability, increase transparency, and improve spending accuracy across the portfolio.
