The role requires hands-on experience with treasury systems, bank connectivity technologies, and ERP integrations, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or payment applications.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal forms.

• Knowledge of bank connectivity technologies and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Lead the setup and onboarding of bank accounts and payment channels including SWIFT, H2H, API, and SFTP.
• Configure and support payment formats including ISO 20022 XML, NACHA, Faster, SEPA and local formats.
• Manage integration between ERP and TMS.
• Monitor and troubleshoot payment file transmissions and bank connectivity issues.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and new banking implementations.
• Document system and business processes clearly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and banking partners to deliver secure payment solutions.

Principal is seeking a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional to join our Corporate Treasury team as a System Liaison III. This role will be responsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), payment platforms, and bank connectivity solutions. This role acts as the bridge between Treasury, Finance, Accounting, IT, ERP teams, and banking partners to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant payment processing and cash management operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with treasury and treasury management systems and or payment applications.

What you will be doing:

• Administer and maintain the Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Lead the setup and onboarding of bank accounts and payment channels including SWIFT, H2H, API, and SFTP.
• Configure and support payment formats including but not limited to ISO 20022 XML, NACHA, Faster, SEPA and local banking formats.
• Manage integration between ERP and TMS
• Monitor and troubleshoot end-to-end payment file transmissions, bank connectivity issues, bank statement and payment exceptions.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, UAT activities, and new banking implementations.
• Effectively document system and business processes in a clear, concise, and thorough manner.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and banking partners to deliver secure and efficient payment solutions.

Compliance, Security & Controls

• Ensure treasury management system complies with company policies, SOX requirements, banking regulations, and internal controls.
• Maintain user access governance, segregation of duties, and payment approval controls.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to treasury systems and payment processes.
• Implement and monitor payment security controls, fraud prevention measures, and banking compliance requirements.

Preferred qualifications and skills include:

• 6+ years of experience supporting Treasury Management Systems or payment applications.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning, supporting, and improving systems
• Knowledge of bank connectivity technologies, bank statements, and payment processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with treasury and banking applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills to determine resolution of production issues as well as implementations are accurately tested.
