Job summary

PeopleStrong in Pune district, Maharashtra, is seeking an AI Engineer for its DAAS division, specializing in Azure, OpenShift, and AI DevOps. In this role, you will collaborate with teams to propose AI solutions for insurance use cases with AIops and MLOps, and deploy models leveraging these practices.

You will contribute to DevOps with OpenShift or Azure ML DevOps, and work with global, multilingual teams while communicating progress to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Implementation of at least 5 AI projects with AIops and MLOps experience.
• Experience with Azure, OpenShift, MLFlow DevOps for model deployment, monitoring, and management.
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tech – LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering.
• Broad understanding of ML algorithms including LLMs/SLMs, CNNs, RNNs, transformers, and attention mechanisms.
• Work collaboratively with broader Data and Tech teams, along with global multi-lingual teams.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders for collecting requirements, communicating deliverables, value generated, challenges.
