Job summary

Guidehouse India is seeking a banking/consulting professional to strengthen risk and control programs across commercial financial services. You will conduct risk assessments, review controls, track remediation, and help design internal controls for effectiveness within client projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, keep RCSA documentation updated, and prepare reports for leadership and regulatory bodies. Travel up to 10% is possible, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• 3–6 years of experience in banking or consulting for commercial financial services.
• Experience in operational risk, banking regulations and compliance.
• Experience with current state risk and control assessments, including process mapping.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-border setting and engage with US stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Need:

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or any other relevant certifications
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, including risk analysis and document control design
• Ability to draft process documentation and support change management initiatives
• Prior consulting experience
