Job description

We are setting up our own Construction Chemicals Division and are looking for a skilled professional who can develop and formulate new construction chemical products specifically admixtures for concrete from scratch.

The role involves research, formulation, and testing of innovative admixtures and materials that enhance concrete performance, durability,andworkability

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Formulate and develop new admixtures and construction chemicals such as plasticizers, superplasticizers, retarders, waterproofing compounds, bonding agents, etc.
• Design and optimize chemical formulations to achieve targeted concrete properties (strength, slump, setting time, durability).
• Conduct laboratory and field trials to evaluate performance of developed chemicals in various concrete applications.
• Collaborate with RMC plants, QA/QC teams, and precast divisions for real-time testing and validation.
• Analyze chemical composition and raw materials, ensuring product consistency and stability.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, test reports, and formulations for developed products.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in construction chemistry and identify new development opportunities.
• Work closely with management to support in-house brand development and product commercialization.
