Job summary

Rwindia in Chennai is seeking a Computer Vision Engineer to design, develop, and deploy computer vision and ML solutions for real-world applications, focusing on image and video analytics, object detection, tracking, and recognition.

You will work with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI-powered CV systems, train models with large datasets, optimize performance, and stay updated with the latest CV and ML advances. Office in Pallavaram, Chennai with immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Computer Vision and Machine Learning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with OpenCV or similar computer vision libraries.
  • Strong understanding of computer vision algorithms and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Computer Vision Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying computer vision and machine learning solutions for real-world applications. The role focuses on image and video analytics, object detection, object tracking, image recognition, deep learning model development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI-powered computer vision systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement computer vision algorithms for object detection, tracking, and recognition.
  • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for computer vision applications.
  • Work with large-scale image and video datasets for model training and validation.
  • Collaborate with engineers and researchers to develop and deploy production-ready computer vision solutions.
  • Optimize model performance for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Research and adopt the latest advancements in computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning technologies.
  • Contribute to end-to-end AI solution development and deployment.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Computer Vision and Machine Learning. (The JD also states candidates with less than 5 years of experience will not be considered.)
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with OpenCV or similar computer vision libraries.
  • Strong understanding of computer vision algorithms and machine learning techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
