Quantaleap is looking for ahands‑onComputer VisionEngineerwho can design, train, and deploy deep‑learning models that power real‑time image and video analytics. You’ll collaborate with product, data, and backend teams—soclear, proactive communicationis essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & prototypeComputer Visionalgorithms (anomaly detection, object detection, tracking, segmentation).
- Create end to end image processing andcomputer visionpipelines.
- Train, fine‑tune, and optimiseCNN/Transformer models in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Package and deploymodels to cloud or edge environments with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Automate data pipelinesfor image/video collection, augmentation, and annotation.
- Monitor model performancein production; drive continuous improvement.
- Document findingsandpresent resultsto technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Must‑Have Skills
- 3–5yrs buildingcomputer‑visionsolutions in production.
- Strong grasp ofComputer VisionandDeep Learningconcepts (CNNs, Vision Transformers like YOLO).
- Proficiency withPyTorch/TensorFlow,OpenCV, andPython.
- Experience deploying models viaREST/GRPC APIsor on‑device.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas simply.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Knowledge ofCUDA, TensorRT, or other inference‑time optimisers.
- Experience withAWS/GCPML services, streaming data (Kafka, Kinesis).
- Experience with Agentic AI implementation
- Familiarity withMLOpsbest practices (CI/CD, model versioning).
