Responsibilities
- Computer aided drug discovery for hit identification.
- de novo protein design and computational evaluation
- Develop and implement computational models to study protein structures.
- Computational antibody engineering
- Conduct molecular docking, dynamics simulations, and free-energy calculations.
- Experience in handling protein structure prediction tools
- Collaborate with experimental scientists to validate computational predictions.
- Maintain and optimize computational pipelines for high-throughput analysis.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Write and present research findings in scientific reports and publications/patents.
Required Skills
- Machine learning based platforms for protein engineering and modelling (AlphaFold, RFDiffusion, RosettaFold)
- Generative AI for small molecule and peptide design
Qualifications
- Master's degree/PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational structural biology
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, or Java.
- Strong expertise in structural modeling tools (e.g., Rosetta, PyMOL, Chimera).
- Experience in docking (Glide, AutoDock Vina, HADDOCK) and molecular dynamics simulations (AMBER, GROMACS. Desmond) etc
- Experience in downstream analysis tools such as MMPBSA, FEP
- Immunoinformatic, computational protein engineering tools
