Job summary

KeyBiz Dashboards Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical manufacturing technician to support the compounding of injectable formulations in a cleanroom environment. You will ensure aseptic compliance and strict adherence to SOPs while maintaining accurate documentation.

The role involves operating compounding vessels, monitoring processes, and coordinating with QA/QC to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform compounding of injectable formulations (liquids/lyophilized products)
• Operate and monitor compounding vessels, mixing tanks, and filtration systems
• Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and cleanroom procedures
• Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMRs) accurately
• Follow World Health Organization GMP guidelines and internal SOPs
• Handle CIP/SIP processes and sterilization of equipment
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality
• Identify and report deviations, ensuring proper documentation
