Job summary

Peoplemint Consultants is seeking a seasoned Compliance professional to monitor IRDAI regulations and ensure timely implementation. You will provide advisory to business units, review products for regulatory alignment, and manage IRDAI correspondence and inspections.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, thorough drafting abilities, and experience in Health Insurance compliance to support governance, trainings, and audits.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience in Compliance / Regulatory Affairs / Risk / Legal Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations, Insurance Act and corporate governance.
• Insurance/Health Insurance experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, drafting and documentation skills.
