Job summary

Master Mind Consultancy in Mumbai seeks a compliance professional to shape governance across AML, sanctions, and ABC, and to drive regulatory readiness.

You will handle risk assessments, MI reporting, and policy implementation, while coordinating with global teams, maintaining risk registers, and supporting name screening and monitoring activities. Attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AML, sanctions, ABC, and FCC compliance.
• Understanding of risk assessments, governance, and regulatory controls.
• Experience with transaction monitoring and name screening processes.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance and control frameworks across AML, Sanctions, and ABC.
• Prepare risk assessments, MI reports, and audit/regulatory readiness reviews.
• Support FCC training programs and policy implementation.
• Assist in transitioning regional operations to a global service model.
• Maintain risk registers, review transaction monitoring alerts, and support name screening/payment filtering escalations.
• Conduct due diligence for vendors, gifts, events, sponsorships, and donations.
• Participate in UAT, FCC system reviews, and ad-hoc projects.
