A global impact consulting firm based in Bengaluru is looking for a Compliance Analyst/Associate to support compliance advisory services in the corporate ecosystem. The candidate should have a legal background (LLB) and at least one year of experience in legal consulting or project management. Responsibilities include developing compliance systems, ensuring customer success through compliance, and contributing to thought leadership narratives. Sattva’s Corporate Advisory business unit works with corporations spanning multiple industries, geographies and priorities. Given the complexity of their operations i.e. multi-location, multi-budget, multi-thematic focus, different business operations, and higher accountability for adherence to CSR law (Section 135 of India's Companies Act), leadership and CSR teams within these corporations are paying closer attention to governance and compliance. We at Sattva have an immense demand-driven opportunity to meet this growing focus with specialised consulting services and a suite of compliance products.

Work with teams to ensure customer success through compliance. Create narratives on compliance to drive thought leadership in compliance.
The role calls for someone who can wear multiple hats – a functional specialist in law and CSR compliance, due diligence and project management. They will have to draw on abilities to work in ambiguous situations, with a problem-solving attitude and ask the right questions to provide appropriate guidance based on the facts available. Someone with experience and interest in the corporate sector and consulting will thrive in this dynamic role. A legal background with special interest in CSR and Company law will be essential. We’re looking for a specialist who’s also ready to be a team player at Sattva!
