Job summary

Growth For Impact in Bengaluru seeks a technology risk and assurance professional to support end-to-end audits (SOC1, SOC2, ISAE3000, ISO27001). The role coordinates internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure timely evidence collection and compliant submissions.

You will track requests and due dates, review evidence for quality, and communicate findings with remediation support. This position suits someone who can manage multiple deadlines in a global, hybrid organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technology Risk or related governance roles.
• Knowledge of SOC1, SOC2, ISAE3000, ISO27001, ISO9001.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail in reviewing reports and evidence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience in a large, hybrid organisation.

Job description

ROLE

• Support the end-to-end delivery of SOC1, SOC2, ISAE3000, ISO27001 audits and certifications.
• Coordinate audit activities across internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Track audit requests, evidence submissions and due dates, ensuring timely follow‑up and escalation where required.
• Review audit evidence for quality and completeness before submission.
• Communicate audit findings and support stakeholders in the remediation of issues and control gaps.
• Provide regular status reporting on audit progress, risks and next steps.
• Keep up to date with regulatory changes and industry developments relevant to assurance and certification.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Technology Risk, Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related controls/governance role.
• Good understanding of assurance and certification frameworks including SOC1, SOC2, ISAE3000, ISO/IEC27001 and ISO9001.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing reports and audit evidence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft365 tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience working in a large, global and hybrid organisation.
