Job summary

Apollo Global Management is seeking an Analyst, Compensation - Equity Businesses to support compensation for Equity strategies globally. You will assist with compensation design, analysis, budgeting/forecasting, administration, and the preparation of templates and compensation statements for year-end processes, collaborating with HC, Benefits, HC Operations, Payroll, and Finance.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Analyst, Compensation - Equity Businesses role for Apollo Global Management will support Apollo's Equity businesses in all areas of compensation. This includes but not limited to strategy and design, analysis. administration, and execution and delivery of ad hoc compensation reporting needs for all Equity strategies globally. In addition, this role will work closely with the Principal and Associate supporting the Equity businesses to drive a successful year-end compensation process across all stakeholder groups. This role may be partnered with members of the broader Human Capital team including Human Capital Business Partners, Benefits, HC Operations, Payroll, BP&A, Comp Finance, Carry/Co, Legal, as well as business leaders across the firm. This position will report to the Principal, Compensation for Equity businesses.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Compensation team with compensation design, analysis, comp expense budgeting/forecasting, and the implementation of new or revised compensation programs (including carried interest plans)
• Provides support and insight into offer letters, separations, promotions, and internal mobility
• Engaged in the year-end annual compensation process with preparation of the compensation system, bonus pool analysis, production of compensation templates for managers, compensation statements for employees, and enhancements of related year-end processes
