A leading engineering firm in Mumbai is seeking a Communications Assistant to support internal communications and program initiatives. The role involves editing and writing materials, facilitating effective internal communication, and capturing events through photography or video. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office, with a degree in a relevant field being preferred. This is a contract position, open for a minimum of 72 hours until filled.
We are looking for a Communications Assistant to provide administrative support to programs and internal comms teams. Editing and writing company materials will be an important part of your job. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator, practice creative thinking, and have a strong attention to detail.
We’re also looking for someone who doesn’t shy away from picking up the camera, someone who enjoys capturing moments, whether it’s photos from an event or quick behind‑the‑scenes videos. The goal will be to help ensure clear, creative, and consistent communication of our company’s message across all channels.
This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
