We are looking for a Communications Assistant to provide administrative support to programs and internal comms teams. Editing and writing company materials will be an important part of your job. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator, practice creative thinking, and have a strong attention to detail.

We’re also looking for someone who doesn’t shy away from picking up the camera, someone who enjoys capturing moments, whether it’s photos from an event or quick behind‑the‑scenes videos. The goal will be to help ensure clear, creative, and consistent communication of our company’s message across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Helping implement communications projects and strategies
  • Provide administrative support to programs and internal teams
  • Drafting and editing materials and communications copy
  • Collecting data and maintaining databases
  • Facilitate effective internal communications
  • Maintain calendars and appointments
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Support in project coordination, leadership communications, and content documentation (including occasional photography or short video clips)
Qualifications
  • 0–1 years of experience as a Communications Assistant or a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Canva)
  • Comfortable with photography or casual videography — enthusiasm matters more than perfection!
  • Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • BA in Communications, Mass Communications, Events, or Management (or related field)
