Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. seeks a Commissioning Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide end-to-end commissioning leadership across data center and mission-critical projects. The role focuses on ensuring systems are installed, tested, integrated, and validated to meet performance, resilience, and safety requirements.

The SME will support design through handover with emphasis on governance, risk management, and IST execution, coordinating with MEP, ELV, IT, and CSA teams in fast-track environments.

Qualifications

  Commissioning Leadership & Project Delivery

  Provide end‑to‑end commissioning technical oversight across data center projects from early design through handover and operational readiness. Act as the commissioning technical authority , advising the client on commissioning strategies, sequencing, risks, and technical options. Develop, review, and manage the project commissioning plan in alignment with Employer’s Requirements (ERs), operational objectives, and resilience criteria. Support development and implementation of commissioning strategies aligned with program, phasing, live environment constraints, and reliability targets.
