2coms is urgently hiring Commercial Vehicle Mechatronics Technicians for leading automotive workshops in Germany. You will diagnose, repair, and service commercial vehicles, working with advanced electronics, ECU systems, CAN bus, and BS-VI components.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Automobile or Mechatronics required.
• 3+ years (Diploma) or 5+ years (ITI) of CV maintenance/diagnostics.
• Experience with brands: Mercedes-Benz, BharatBenz, Volvo, Scania, MAN, Tata preferred.
• Knowledge of CAN bus, ABS/EBS, and automotive electronics.
• Experience with automated transmissions (I-Shift, PowerShift, ZF TraXon).
• Valid car driving license; truck license preferred.
• Basic German language (A2) required, B1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and servicing of commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
• Work on advanced vehicle systems including ECU, sensors, and CAN bus.
• Handle BS-VI systems including SCR, DPF, and AdBlue.
• Use diagnostic tools and software for fault detection and troubleshooting.
• Repair and maintain automatic transmissions.
• Ensure compliance with workshop standards and safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement in service quality.

We are urgently hiring skilled Commercial Vehicle Mechatronics Technicians for leading automotive workshops in Germany. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of commercial vehicles, along with knowledge of modern automotive electronics and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and servicing of commercial vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
• Work on advanced vehicle systems including ECU, sensors, and CAN bus
• Handle BS-VI (Euro 6 equivalent) systems including SCR, DPF, and AdBlue
• Use diagnostic tools and software for fault detection and troubleshooting
• Repair and maintain automatic transmission systems
• Ensure compliance with workshop standards and safety procedures
• Support continuous improvement in service quality

Salary: Up to 3,22,901 Lakhs per month (as per skills & role)

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Automobile / Mechatronics or related field
• Minimum 3+ years (Diploma) or 5+ years (ITI) of experience in commercial vehicle maintenance/repair/diagnostics (5 years preferred)
• Experience with brands like Mercedes-Benz, BharatBenz, Volvo, Scania, MAN, or Tata (Prima/Signa) preferred
• Knowledge of automotive electronics, diagnostics tools (Xentry/Volvo Tech Tool), CAN bus, ABS/EBS, ECAS
• Experience with automated transmissions (I-Shift, PowerShift, ZF TraXon)
• Valid car driving license (mandatory); truck license preferred
• Basic German language (A2 required, B1 preferred)
• Physically fit, willing to relocate and undergo training in Germany
• Age limit: Up to 40 years
