Job summary

Kenvue in Bangalore, India, is seeking a Commercial Support Manager who will own forecasting, planning and analytics for the local BUF groups. The role is fully onsite in Asia Pacific, India, Karnataka.

You will partner with the BUF director and controllers, manage budgets and statutory reporting, and drive continuous improvements using OneStream and BI tooling. Ideal candidates have a strong accounting background, 8+ years of experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of experience.
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical behaviour in all areas.
• Fluent spoken and written English essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, planning and analytics for designated BUF stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of budgets and forecasts in Onestream.
• Create monthly performance decks and BP/Forecast decks for reviews.
• Support SOX controls related to planning submissions and close cycles.
• Collaborate with Controllership and SRC teams and drive process improvements.

What You Will Do

Commercial Support Manager

The Commercial Support Manager is responsible for the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities for designated stakeholders within the local Business Unit Finance (BUF) groups.

Applicants must be collaborative in style, open to change, and always seeking to improve the way things are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of the cluster financial statements. The areas covered are often complex in nature and require process expertise and detailed understanding of each area.
• Provide direct support to Cluster BUF -Key “Go to” person for BUF director / controllers
• Ownership of business plans and forecast updates in Onestream including ensuring accurate and timely submission of data
• Responsibility of SOX control related to planning submissions
• Collaboration with controllership during close cycles
• Utilize Power BI or self-serve reporting platforms to lead preparation of monthly performance decks and BP/Forecast decks for regional reviews, adding first-line commentary.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting & performance analytics – GP analysis, Price volume, BVA’s.
• SG&A planning and direct business partnering with stakeholders.
• Build bottom-up compensation plans for all commercial groups in conjunction with BUF and Compensation Planning CoE.
• Liaise with Business Unit Finance and FP&A systems teams to ensure efficient reporting through automation and standardisation.
• Understand tax model structure for FP&A entities.
• Establish Budget baseline by performing statistical trend analysis.
• Participate in ad hoc / continuous improvement projects including documentation review and update.
• Foster an environment of teamwork, innovation and sharing ideas

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• 8+ years’ work experience.
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical behaviour in all areas of responsibility, and act as a role model for Kenvue behaviours and values

Desired Qualifications

• Financial certification, with significant post-qualified financial experience.
• Strong accounting background.
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel, OneStream.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent spoken and written English essential.
