• Strong grasp of financial statement analysis, credit underwriting frameworks, loan documentation, and portfolio monitoring for small and middle-market businesses.
• Excellent English written communication.
• CFA (Level I/II/III), RMA CRC, formal bank credit training, or MBA in Finance.
