- Diagnose gaps whenever collection targets are missed by event, segment, ticket size, payment mode, and team member.
- Publish structured RCAs with corrective and preventive actions, and track closure to completion.
- Partner with the Sales & Operations team to share structured feedback on lead quality, commitment quality, and closure hygiene.
- Work with the Data team to identify revenue leakage, drop-off points in the payment journey, and high-risk cohorts.
- Translate data insights into operational actions for both Sales and Collections.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard NBFC partners to expand EMI and financing options for clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, approval TATs, and rejection-rate improvements.
- Own the operational integration between NBFC partners, Sales, and Collections.
- Build flexible, compliant payment plan structures (EMIs, milestone-based plans, deferred plans) to lift conversion of bookings into collections.
- Define eligibility rules, approval matrix, and risk guardrails for each plan.
8. Activation of Partial-Paid & Stuck Pipeline
- Work with Sales to re-engage partial-paid clients and stuck/non-moving booked data.
- Define joint Sales–Collections workflows for prioritization, hand-offs, and closure of dormant pipelines.
- Build proactive strategies to minimize refunds, early warning signals, save-desk interventions, alternate plan offers, and value reinforcement.
- Track refund reasons, publish trends, and drive cross-functional fixes at the source.
10. Reporting & Revenue Visibility
- Own and publish the Collection Report (daily/weekly/monthly) and a rolling Collection Forecast for Management.
- Provide clear visibility on booked vs. collected, expected inflows, risks, and recovery actions.
- Present insights and recommendations in leadership reviews.
