KOTAK SECURITIES LIMITED in Kanpur seeks a Collections Executive for AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE) Recovery Branch. You will focus on enhancing recovery, maintain process adherence, and work to recover dues while preserving portfolio quality.

Education is graduate or above with 1–3 years of relevant experience. This role requires integrity, communication, and a proactive approach within the Recovery Branch.

Job Responsibilities

• To Ensure Quality portfolio.
• To focus on improving Recovery in the area assigned – individually or in a team / as a team.
• To ensure adherence MOPP Norms.
• To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
• To adhere to Audit requirement.
